1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and oktk0 ("oktk0", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at oktk0.app and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and account management functions.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the oktk0 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific promotions, games, or features published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the oktk0 platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the oktk0 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 18+
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not as a representative of any commercial or professional gambling operation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of oktk0, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by oktk0 or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed by oktk0 for breach of these Terms.

oktk0 operates as an international online gaming platform and accepts registrations from eligible adult players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.

oktk0 may at any time request documentary proof of age and identity. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladesh government authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use the betting and gaming services offered by oktk0, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to keep this information current throughout your time as an oktk0 account holder. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered account with oktk0. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, oktk0 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and withhold or recover any withdrawals made in connection with duplicate account activity. Deliberate creation of multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other promotions constitutes fraud.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. oktk0 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the support team immediately via live chat. oktk0 will suspend the account pending an investigation at your request.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

oktk0 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point at our discretion — we may require you to submit identity documents for verification. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and is not optional. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oktk0 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The list of available payment methods may be updated from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made using a payment account or card registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited. oktk0 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made via anonymous payment methods. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within the timeframe specified by the relevant payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Before a withdrawal is approved, you must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements associated with your account balance. oktk0 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification steps required.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a deposit fails to reach your account, or a withdrawal is returned to oktk0 due to a payment processing error, please contact the support team with the relevant transaction reference. oktk0 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times beyond our control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

oktk0 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and over only. 18+
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome or sign-up bonus once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that have not been wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.
• oktk0 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
• Where oktk0 reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting a promotional offer — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play with other accounts — we reserve the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oktk0 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, voiding of bets, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using fraudulent payment methods, or submitting forged verification documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. oktk0 maintains an active AML monitoring programme and reports suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate outcomes in sports betting markets or card game tables, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker and match-fixing in sports wagering.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to your oktk0 account. Chargebacks are treated as a fraudulent withdrawal attempt and will result in account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party accounts, or employing systematic strategies solely designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and may be recovered from your account balance.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your oktk0 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, we will confirm your identity and process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance. Note that accounts closed while a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding will have the relevant bonus balance forfeited at the point of closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by oktk0

oktk0 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise harmful purposes;
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to oktk0, other players, or third parties;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by oktk0 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance that is not tainted by fraudulent activity will be returned to the account holder following the completion of any applicable investigation. Bonus balances are forfeited in all cases of Terms breach.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. oktk0 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances after this period. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Logging into your account resets the dormancy period.

8. Responsible Gaming

oktk0 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the platform. We provide a suite of tools to help you manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available directly within your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the oktk0 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of oktk0 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, or in any other way exploit any part of the oktk0 platform or its content without our express prior written permission. Scraping, automated data collection, and systematic downloading of platform content are expressly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oktk0 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your gambling decisions;
• Delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government actions);
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or market data resulting from a technical error, subject to the right to void affected bets as described in Section 6.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

oktk0 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and display a prominent notice on the platform for a period of at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the oktk0 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 7.1. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming operations.

In the event of a dispute between you and oktk0 regarding the operation of your account, the outcome of a bet, a bonus claim, or any other matter, we ask that you first contact the support team to attempt an informal resolution. The support team is available 24/7 via live chat and aims to resolve the majority of player queries within a single interaction.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal complaint by contacting support and requesting escalation to the Compliance team. oktk0 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
